On August 29, on the official channel of the pop band NGT48 on Youtube, a clip for the 4th single entitled "To the people of the World" was released. The first day the video was watched by about 100 thousand people.

The video was filmed by Sony Music and with the support of the Primorye Film Commission in Vladivostok in early August. For three days, the film crew filmed in the central part of the city: Arbat, Svetlanskaya Street, the courtyards of the Millionka, an underground pedestrian crossing and the Railway Station fell into the frame.

In the filming of the video, residents and guests of the city took part, they performed as fans of the group at an improvised concert near the fountain on the Arbat. Also on the set were unusual characters: a trainer with a leopard, gypsies, monkeys, firemen, cooks and jugglers.

For the filming of the clip from Japan came a large film crew - more than seventy people. The director of the video was Kohki Hasei, whose film "Blanca" received several prizes at the Venice Film Festival in 2015.

Over the clip, not only the Japanese film crew worked, specialists from Primorsky Region were involved in the filming: assistants of directors, cameraman, electrician and others.

The NGT48 is very popular in Japan. Its members have long dreamed of visiting Vladivostok, and their dream came true, like the dream of their real fan Arina - to see her idols in her hometown. The main idea of the video is just this - dreams come true, you just need not be afraid to dream.
