Cash rebate program supports the production of feature films, feature documentaries, animation films, animation series, TV-series and the post-production of all before mentioned works. Foreign film company may apply for the cash rebate through the Russian film company.

- Documentary series (season total time of at least 52 minutes) minimum amount of expenses in the territory of the Russian Federation – 3 750 000 RUB (59 000 USD)
- Animation series (season total time of at least 25 minutes) minimum amount of expenses in the territory of the Russian Federation – 5 000 000 RUB (235 000 USD)
Production Support provides free services for film projects to be shot in Primorsky Region.
Eligibility
Producers or production companies of any nationality with:
Projects with a minimum of 5 shooting days in Primorsky Region
International or Russian-international co-production projects
Feature films, documentaries, series and mini-series.
Application
Accepted throughout the whole year, but must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the shooting.
When you first contact us, please send us an e-mail with Application in free form: name of the film, company name, dates you are planning to stay in the region, etc. We will also need accompanying documents: a copy of the production company's introduction letter, production plan (including budget and investment plan), script or synopsis, scene breakdown sheet, filming schedule, and any other detailed information.
A coordinator will be assigned to each production to recommend the filming location and provide photos and video of the area, to provide all information on accommodation, transportation and equipment rental services. All requests for shooting should be delivered to the commission through the coordinator.
Additional Requirements
The request for the filming and interview (prior consultation) with the director and leading actor/actress to produce the commission's promotion materials should be accepted.
The filming site should be opened more than once and accept the request for the interview with the director and leading actor/actress for media in Primorye.
Cooperate to hold the film preview in Vladivostok hosted by the commission before the release of the movie
In the end credits of the film, the logos of Primorye Film Commission and the Administration of Primorsky Region must be inserted under the headline, 'This film was supported by' or, 'Supported by'.
After the film has been completed, a high definition video (2K or more) of the final version, still photos in print quality and promotion poster must be sent to Primorye Film Commission for using them for non-commercial purposes only, including research and business promotions.
The applicant is requested to report on the development of international distribution, invitation to international film festival or other relevant events to PFC within 2 years after receipt of the support grant. The applicant must respond faithfully to the written inquiries made by Primorye Film Commission, by providing written responses.
The film production company should provide the restoration and compensation for the damage to people, animals, plants, buildings, and properties (bodily injury, property damage) occurred during the filming.
