On October 17 in Busan (South Korea) the annual General Assembly of the Asian Film Commission Network was held within the framework of the Asian Film Forum Link of Cine-Asia. The Primorye Film Commission made its presentation to the participants of the General Assembly and joined the AFCNet. Cinema Forum Link of Cine-Asia is one of the sites, along with the Asian Film Market, which take place in the framework of the Busan International Film Festival, one of the largest film festivals in the world.

On the open platform of the Amphitheater on the Sports Embankment were shown modern Russian films, once supported by the Cinema Foundation. Over the time of the displays the Night of Cinema site in Vladivostok was visited by more than 1,000 people.
