Permissions
Primorye Film Commission acts as a liaison for film permits for locations owned or operated by the Administration of Primorsky Region and Vladivostok City Administration.
Permission is not required for filming in public places. However, the authorities and the police must be pre-notified of the places for sets.
To obtain permission at the airport and railway station, it is needed to provide in advance of the shooting script of the episode and a complete list of the crew with all the passport data and visas for foreign film crews.
Permissions for such facilities as the railway station and the airport should be receipt in minimum 30 days.
On the privately owned set in the territories and facilities, permits are taken on an individual basis and may be granted on commercial terms.
